This allows our organization to communicate directly with RIM (the company behind the BlackBerry) and access resources, that would otherwise be unavailable. RSIC was the first organization in the world that released a MSN compatible instant messaging product that did not require intermediate servers (BerryVine Messenger) and connected directly to the MSN servers. Besides this, RSIC was the first company to develop a European navigation solution for the BlackBerry.
